Prise en charge et traitement de la dermatite atopique dans les soins primaires
Résumé
La dermatite atopique (DA) est une maladie inflammatoire chronique de la peau, récidivante et rémittente, caractérisée par un érythème, un œdème, une xérose, des érosions/excoriations, un suintement et des croûtes. Elle débute généralement durant l’enfance et souvent au cours de la petite enfance. La maladie peut évoluer en dents de scie et, chez de nombreux patients, elle s’atténue, voire disparaît avec le temps. Les variations saisonnières sont fréquentes, la plupart des patients voyant leurs symptômes s’aggraver en hiver, en particulier au Canada.
